Thanks Al.  For your information, we loaded SF99102 and it did fix the
problem.  It cost us a few days of hassles until we got it loaded though,
but everything seems okay now.  Thanks for the help!

SF99102 sounds like the database group PTF for 4.2.  Without this group PTF 
on, I would suggest that you have no chance of any other help.
