Okay, I'm wrong, because 2100 is NOT a leap year and 1900 is NOT
a leap year.

Just listen to what everyone else says. Actually, though, do I really, really,
really care if 1600 was a leap year and 1700 wasn't? If I live to be 136
I might worry if 2100 is a leap year, but hopefully I'll be retired by then.

Regards,

Jim Langston
