Widespread anarchy depends on the temperature.  If it's a cold Winter I
know -one- anarchist who's staying home wrapped up in a blankie sipping hot
cocoa with teensy-weensy marshmallows.  (:


I don't anticipate widespread power problems, just spot problems.

Of course, one of the spots may be downtown Manhattan...
