Apply a newest service pack to Client Access on the PC.
Had a same problem a while back and service pack solved it.

OK, ok... I know it was discussed here several months back...

Client Access on a PC with Win/95. After running AS/400 sessions, shut
down PC and get PC errors concerning VSSTAT and LOADWC problems; PC won't
shut down all the way.

The AS/400 is v4r2 with the latest CUM and Y2K ptfs applied.

I know there was a work around or explanation... but I didn't bookmark the
info.

Does anyone remember the cure?
