I'm sure someone will supply the manual name for you, but do you really need it?
If you are editing a CL program, then prompt the line. When the command is prompted,
move the cursor out of any input fields and press help (or F1). All of the potential
messages will be displayed (both the number and the description) in the helptext.

Call me felixungerish but I am looking for the IBM softcopy manual that would have the CPFxxxx messages as its topic.  I know you can type WRKMSGF QCPFMSG and see all needed information for CPF messages, but is there an IBM manual for this as well?
