Frankly I wish it didn't stop the command line from people who had limit

People,
Stop believing that your data is safe just because you've got cool menus and 
restrict 
the command line.  Most of your users have very easy access to commands, let 
alone tons 
of other stuff.

Try the following.  Go to any PC in your network that is running NT workstation.

If they have Client Access try
Start
Run
rmtcmd sndmsg 'test' rob
or
rmtcmd dltlib mylib

Or, regardless of the presence of Client Access,
Start
Programs
Command Prompt
ftp my400
quote rcmd sndmsg 'test' rob
or
quote rcmd dltlib mylib

Start securing your data!
Run at a QSECURITY level no less than 30.
Seriously limit who has *ALLOBJ.  Especially development.  I am tired of 'It 
worked 
for me...'.
For the seriously paranoid then have all of your data owned by one person.  
Have 
nobody using this as a group profile.  Have all of your green screen programs 
adopt 
authority to this person.
After, and only after, you've done the rest, then evaluate purchasing or 
writing exit point 
programs.

Hello!
On V4R4 the DSPJOB cmd with option 16 gives you a F9 = cmd line. This is
true as long as your usrprf does not have limited capabilities = yes.
Is this a "feature"? Personally I would prefer dspjob to just display,
nothing else. Any opinions?
