I am trying to use the send distribution command to do SMTP to an email
account. I continue to fail with error CPI9046:
Message . . . . : Distribution to user identifier JCIROCCO INET failed.
Cause . . . . . : The distribution was sent by user identifier(ID)
JCIROCCO
PSLIVE to user ID JCIROCCO INET at 10/29/99 07:47:04. The distribution
failed at System name PSLIVE System group with Document Interchange
Architecture (DIA) notification code X'0401'. DIA notification codes
are:
Snip...
0401-Invalid document.
Snip...
Recovery . . . : Correct the condition identified by the DIA
notification
code and try the distribution again.
I receive this regardless of whether I am trying a document in QDLS or a
physical file. I have tried both DDS described files as well as files
created by CRTPF with a fixed record length.
I am on V3R2M0
The Reference manual for SNDDST says to use the online help.
The online help is of no help at all.
Does anyone out there know what I might be doing wrong or where I might
find documentation on what I need to do.
Thanks in advance.
