Pat,

I don't remember all the details, but awhile back at one of my clients
sites we replaced the Andrew file transfers with AS/40O copies to/from
stream files (CPYTOSTMF/CPYFRMSTMF).  I think the PC file was
transferred to AS/400 IFS with Windows network neighborhood.  The files
we were transferring used fixed length field sizes as I recall.
