VA RPG

I understand that you can use SQL statements to manipulate data in IBM's   
VA/RPG product, but I do not know how to tell the compiler that an C/EXEC   
SQL statement is ok.  In other words, how do I set up SQL?  I'm running   
in a Windows 95 environment, using the V3R2M2 version with service pack   
#2 off of a V4R4 AS/400.
