Had a similar problem a while a go, with client access sessions just ending up with a blank black screen. Turned out to be a dodgy network card in a pc that was broadcasting all sorts of wierd frames across the network, swamping all other traffic. i would think that your problem is similarly network based, rather than any problem on the 400.
