Bruce, 
No,  The question was "Whats the difference between Indexes(LF's & PF's)
created via  SQL and those created via DDS.

I said "One of the things that the "Created via SQL" object flag controls  
along with other things is that it has a MAXMBR's of one.  
And that aspect can't be changed. 

Try creating a Table or View using SQL and then try changing MAXMBR's to 
any thing other than 1.     Also REUSEDLT is *YES 
and other things.
