Just curious here... Lets say a guy paid the $25/month fee to Carl for an 
AS/400 logon.  Would that entitle the user to use all the AS/400 
programmer tools that Carl has installed?  In other words, could we all 
ride on Carl's coattails and not need to worry about ptf, versions, 
software subsccription, etc?

Interesting idea...

If they threw in PL/I and wokeup the standards committee again, I might be
interested:)

BUT, then I'm afraid I'dhave to go ask Alan Greenspan for a loan to be
able to finance it...:)
