Mimix does handle it. Through AS400 Object Auditing, MIMIX handles the delete and recreate of a file. If the file is recreated in a Library defined to MIMIX , then through MIMIX Cooperative Processing, the file will be journaled and put in synch on the backup system.. It works very well. We have been using MIMIX for 2 years and it works well. We have mirrored our entire system 620-2180 with 88 gig of dasd and it takes about 11 minutes to get a sign on screen after a failure. We routinely do our backups from the "backup system" and have very little down time.
