Jim:

I believe the associated commands are RTVDSKINF for the collection, and
PRTDSKINF for the report, so start by checking your authority to these
commands.
If I remember correctly (and there is no guarantee that I do), if you have
authority to these commands, then options 1 and 2 will show up on the menu.

I think someone else already responded regarding the number of menu option.
There isn't any 3 thru 9.

BTW, like DSPOBJD, the RTVDSKINF only gives information on objects to which
you
are authorized, so you need QSESCOFR to run it. Where I worked, someone else
had
control over QSECOFR, so I had him put it on the job scheduler for me, to
make
sure I didn't miss any objects.

Hmm... Okay, I tried GO DISKTASKS yesterday and saw no option
to do as you say, collect data. Tried again today, and I only get 3
options,
10. Work with libraries
11. Work with folders
12. Work with objects by owner

No 1 through 9. My thinking is that my signon doesn't have the correct
permissions to see the 1 through 9. I do have all permissions there are,
but I seem to recall that to see some messages on one menu I actually
had to remove some of my permissions to see them.

Would you happen to know how my security for a profile should be set
up so I can see 1 through 9?

Regards,

Jim Langston
