It works just as expected: Adding one month means that everybody has another 
month with the same password (thus: Nobody changes
password for at least a month). Reducing from two to one month means that half 
of the users will change password tomorrow morning
(without any warning). Because of this I would prefer to add/subtract only a 
few days for example each week.

Anyway: Works as expected.
