Use the CRTCMDDFT command.  However, you should first duplicate the CRTPF or
CRTRPGPGM command into another library that is higher up in your system
library list than QSYS.  Then change defaults in this library.  This way you
won't have to redo the CRTCMDDFT every time you install a new release of
OS/400.
