Message File API;

        I'm looking for an API that will retrieve, dump, etc, a message
files ID's and descriptions.

I am currently using 'QMHRTVM' but I can only use it to retrieve 1 message
at a time, I was hoping someone might know an API or some other way that
will retrieve the entire message file and move into a PF.

The purpose is that I need to scan the message descriptions in a Message
File, based on user input and return the corresponding Message ID's.

Thanks in Advance for any help.

Regards
