Trying to find book

I have a copy of RPG Error Handling Technique (Bulletproofing you applications) by Russell Popeil and I need another copy for a friend. I have tried Amazon.com and Barns and Noble but it is out of stock and they do not expect it to come in. Does anyone know of a book store that has a copy that I could purchase.
