Are you running Windows 95?

According to IBM Documents, Windows 95a needs the Winsock 2 Update from
Microsoft.

Hi everybody,

Am trying to start the Management central from the Operation Navigator, but
it neither starts nor it gives me any error display it just sits in the
Stopped Status.

Is there any hardware required for this ,if so how do I check whether its
there in my system or not.

Can any one help me.
