Also, it memory serves me correctly and you setup a message queue for UPS 
message
monitoring and that queue is not LOCKED, that can cause the system to shutdown 
when
a message about UPS dropping off is received...

Anyone else recall this ?

Of course, Dean, you would be able to find these messages in QHST also...
