Unpack it with what? I tried PKUNZIP (from DOS), PKXARC (from DOS), WinZIP (from Win NT 4.0). Looking at IBMAFP15.EXE with QuickView shows a description of "SOFTWARE INSTALLER 5622-056 (C) COPYRIGHT IBM CORP. 1989, 1995. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED. LICENSED MATERIALS - PROPERTY OF IBM." a module name of "EZ2STUB" and operating system "Microsoft/IBM OS/2".

Open a DOS window and unpack it there, from the command line.  (No, I don't use a mouse either! :-)   Be aware that unpacking it will create a bunch of files in your current directory.  I usually create a directory like AFPDriver, move the .exe there and then unpack it.  Then I can easily clean it all up without having to figure out what files came from where...
