Well, it's low tech, but you could replace the default system startup 
program with one that clears QSYS. That'd be pretty ugly, security level 40 
compliant and pretty easy too given *ALLOBJ. You wouldn't even need a login 
dialog if CA is active and you use a batch file transfer. Seriously, I 
wouldn't recommend doing anything other than administration as QSECOFR.
