    This is another recent IBM decision that I just don't understand. 
The *M36 environment seems pretty stable; I don't think too many 
people are expecting enhancements to it.  Would keeping it running on 
versions after V4R4 be that difficult of a task?  If so, you have to 
wonder if the *M36 designers and programmers were complete idiots. 
If not, I guess it's the marketing and planning people.

    I would love to hear the reasoning behind this one.
