If you can find an NFS Client program for your PC, then you could use that,
I guess...

You might be able to export the AS/400 directory via NFS and also make it
sharable via AS/400 NetServer support. Using NetServer will make this
directory available via Network Neighborhood on any Win/95-98 PC, just like
any other Microsoft Server Network file.

I'm not sure if read write access could be configured for both NFS and
NetServer at the same time though. You would have to experiment with that a
bit.

Why wouldn't you want to use the "free" part of Client Access? It sure makes
configuring NFS and NetServer easy.

On a UNIX (aix) system I would like to mount a direcory on my as/400,

And i would like to mount it to a PC without client access. Is this
