It is not a trivial job but it could probably be accomplished within 1 month
provided that you could do this and were not interrupted.  The big thing you
need to check for is to make sure that you don't have any qualified libraries.
If you do, that could cause a problem.  Changing the library list in the middle
of a job running could also cause a problem.  The best thing you might want to
consider is changing the default library list, job descriptions.  It is alot of
work but it is not that difficult to do, if you have done it before.  You don't
want to split up files that have multiple formats or joins into different
libraries, because (last I knew) the restore and probably save would not restore
the access paths if you had to.
