I work for Magellan.

Magellan's ERM/COLD component, SpyView, can handle e-mailing of reports.
SpyView also has a new feature that allows a user to e-mail the system with
a valid index and the system will e-mail back the appropriate report
information. This is, of course, done in a secured manner to authenticate
the user and secure the data.

This may be more than you need, but just wanted to put in my two cents.
