RE: moving libraries from user asp to system asp

On the CRTDUPOBJ, the library name issue can be easily handled with a RNMOBJ.
The real potential for problems is due to CRTDUPOBJ "losing" the original owner
and all the private authorities for each object.  If all objects in the library
have the same owner and there are no private authorities, it's simple; if
ownerships and/or private authorities are complex, it's a nightmare.

I think that this is asking for trouble.  Remember that library names need 
to be unique on a system.  The save file idea that was floated is good, 
assuming that you have the space.
