Pascal interface???

Yesterday I was telling someone on the telephone how to use
Telnet to telnet between two AS/400 boxes.  While doing this
I typed TELNET LOCALHOST on my AS/400 so I could
follow along.

A blank screen popped up, and some text started to scroll up,
like in a DOS window.  It said something on the first line I didn't
pay too much attention to, but I recall it was some error indicator
or something.  The second line said something about Pascal
interface to something or other.

I totally forgot I was on the phone, and starting experimenting,
I hit <F1> and nothing, I typed HELP and a full page of commands
popped up, commands I had never seen before.  I had just
started to glance through them, when the person on the other
end of the phone brought me back to reality, where I hit SysRq
and 99 to end the Telnet session.

After I got off the phone with him, I tried TELNET LOCALHOST
again, but this time just got a normal AS/400 log in screen.  I tried
<F9> to retrieve the command I had originally typed, but it was
just a normal TELNET LOCALHOST line.  So, I have a couple
of questions.

1. What in the heck was this thing?  There were a ton of commands
   and I never got the opportunity to really read what they were, but
   there were a lot of them.

2. How do I get back there to see what it is?

Anyone have any clue whatsoever?
