I go the tip about running 'CALL QSYS/QWCCRTEC it will do a quicky dump to QPSRVDMP spool file' from the Midrange Computing and it was a recommended way to determine the issues about the last IPL.  Therefore I think it's safe.  I just do not have that level of authority to run this job at my site.
