IBM just doesn't get it, do they? Can you imagine what is happening in the shops that are not AS/400 biased when they open up their new 170? NT must look awfully simple and reliable to them. I'm seeing the white button on the AS/400 console panel pressed with regularity. There is a lot more difficulty in setting up any IBM hardware or software than the IBM people are willing to acknowledge.
