Robot/Alert now handles two-way pagers:

From HelpSystems web page:
     "If your paging vendor supports two-way paging, your users can
     answer messages right from their pagers".

We use CONSOLE and ALERT and are very pleased.

I would recommend AGAINST Robot/Alert unless you are using ROBOT/Console.

Alert does not have much functionality built in and only processes pages.
It does not monitor queues or handle responses (from two way pagers).
At least, the version I worked with some years ago didn't.
