Change telnet to another port?

Yes, you can change the port in V4R4 using WRKSRVTBLE and doing a Remove and Add
operation on the 'telnet' (non-SSL) and 'telnet-ssl' (SSL) services.

For pre-V4R4 releases, you need to get a PTF.  E.g. V4R3 needs SF60463 where you
follow the cover letter instructions for Enhancement 1 (port number support).
