I think you're stuck.  If the job is indexing logicals, even if you could
kill it there is no way to make the logicals available except to rebuild
them.  Or to delete the whole mess and restore from a backup, but that if
you didn't save access paths that would be just as long.

If you look at the job in WRKACTJOB or WRKUSRJOB, the Function will show you
what logical is being rebuilt.

It is the order in which they are displayed with DSPDBR [physicalfilename].
If this same set of physical and logicals exist in multiple libraries (like
a production environment and a test environmet), make sure that you do
DSPDBR against the physical file which is the one actually being
reorganized; the order can be different.

If the logical is not already marked to share an access path, I don't think
the reorganize process will detect that sharing is possible.  I believe that
it will just go ahead and rebuild the logical as it was.
