Can you post more of the DDS or send it to me privately? I created a sample
display (listed below) and it worked fine, but I am on V4R4. Are you using
any field conditioning or colors? We have experienced general wackiness in
display files when we used odd combinations of keywords.

Subject: Problem with Edit Masks

     I am attempting to use a display file containing a field with an edit
     mask.

     The display file contains the following 2 fields :

     @DATE          6Y 0B  4  8EDTWRD('  /  /  ')
                               EDTMSK('  &  &  ')
     @TEXT         10A  B  5  8

     If the cursor is above the @DATE field, the TAB key puts the cursor in
     the @TEXT field, bypassing the field with the edit mask. Has anyone
     ever seen this behavior before??? I'm on V4R3.

     TIA,    Todd
