Brad's following comment is a good point. AS/400 multitasking is superior to NT. In theory, if you had enough Server threads running, it could overwhelm the whole AS/400. But its easy to configure some reasonable limits. Other work would not normally be affected by an attack on the HTTP or SMTP servers.
