Hi,

After dialing the 400 and connecting to the internet I try to ping
from the 400 to anyplace on the internet. I get the following error:

Message ID . . . . . . : TCP3202
  Message . . . . : Unknown host, DYNDNS.ORG

The line is showing *error under Line Type in the
    Work with Point-to-Point TCP/IP
                                                Line Line

Name Mode Type Status Description Type Name

In the Line Type - Help for *ERROR it says

*ERROR This value is displayed if the line description cannot be
found or is damaged.

The line was varied on with the controller and the device with no
problem showing.

In the modem log it says

Does anyone know where to look up the above status codes and
reason code? Are these normal or are they identifying an error?

In the Job Log it says:
TCP8342 Message . TCP/IP point-to-point interface
209.162.23.190 added. Interface 209.162.23.190 was added
successfully for TCP/IP

Does anyone have any idea what might be causing this?

Any input would certainly be appreciated.

TIA,

Gary Kuznitz
