I guess my real question is how to tell the difference between a procedure
and a subprocedure. The book says subprocedures are defined after the main
procedure (which consists of H,D,C and O specs). Not that it really matters,
but it seems to me that what we are calling procedures are really
subprocedures and we are using the two terms interchangeably.
