Sorry this took so long, I had to remember names and I am bad with
names.
This zip file contains all the source, but you need to create a data
area the params of which you can find out in HTM003CL.

I also have two out queues HTMLMON and HTMLFIN. HTMLMON must have a data
queue attached to it, I can help with that if you have anymore
questions.
