in the history log (QHST), search for message ID CPF1124
When you F1 on it, you get something like this:

Message . . . . :   Job 624384/STUELPNERM/OVR_LINCMP started on 25/02/00 at 
  23:46:22 in subsystem QBATCH in QSYS. Job entered system on 25/02/00 at   
  23:06:56.   

The "Job entered system" is what you're after.
