Nathan, To log a single user off at a certain time without bringing down the whole house: Write a batch CL job that is time submitted by your scheduler and have it run a command similar to this: ENDJOB JOB(USERID/JOBNAME) OPTION(*IMMED) or if you dont have a scheduler maybe write a CL that stays in a loop with a delay to check once every 30mins(or whatevers your preference) if its 2:00 or after and then execute the command shown above. I you need I may have some samples of CL programs that work similarly. There may also be alternate ways to do this...... --- Nathan Simpson <nathansimpson@optusnet.com.au> wrote: > Hi, > > Is there an option available where we can > automatically logoff a user at say > 2pm? > > Running V4R3 > > TIA > > Regards, > > Nathan Simpson > Australian Wool Handlers > nathansimpson@optusnet.com.au > > +--- > | This is the Midrange System Mailing List! > | To submit a new message, send your mail to > MIDRANGE-L@midrange.com. > | To subscribe to this list send email to > MIDRANGE-L-SUB@midrange.com. > | To unsubscribe from this list send email to > MIDRANGE-L-UNSUB@midrange.com. > | Questions should be directed to the list > owner/operator: david@midrange.com > +--- > __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
