Nathan,

To log a single user off at a certain time without
bringing down the whole house:

Write a batch CL job that is time submitted by your 
scheduler and have it run a command similar to this:

ENDJOB JOB(USERID/JOBNAME) OPTION(*IMMED)
           
or if you dont have a scheduler maybe write a CL that
stays in a loop with a delay to check once every
30mins(or whatevers your preference) if its 2:00 or
after and then execute the command shown above.  I you
need I may have some samples of CL programs that work
similarly.

There may also be alternate ways to do this......
