NET.DATA demo from COMMON, Round 2 -- MIDRANGE-L

Well,

I found the stuff missing from my WRKHTTPCFG that I needed.

My boss took only a cursory glance at it and he will be 
looking at a product called NexGen.  Supposed to have 
available a great Domino/BPCS interface using RPC.  Boss 
has heard that net.data can have a performance impact.
