No matter what the sales/techy people tell you; They are NOT compatible; send a tape off to a fellow that has one to make sure that the tape was not damaged, he did a rstlib, savlib on the 7208 with no problems, got it back here, the mammoth tape drive think ALL objects are damaged; this is not a tape issue either (used their only "authorized" tape of an exabyte brand) Even though we have a dual drive, an offline copy gave us the same results, damaged objects.
