Been there, done that. It can be messy with 700 + users.



An ugly solution (I did it): creat an INLPGM attached to USRPRF that makes
CLRMSGQ    MSGQ(*WRKSTN) CLEAR(*KEEPUNANS)

A nice solution (I will do it): Get rid of QPADEV*** sessions, with no
inconveniences we all had before. You have to use Client Express and V4R3 at
least. See APAR 12112. Tested it last week, it works.

It seems that users will occasionally inherit someone else's previous
virtual device, and start receiving messages intended for the previous
user.
That is, I am receiving some status messages from Premenos which are
intended for my coworker.  Am I correct that I am now using the virtual
device that my coworker was using when he started EDI?
