Melody,

We had the same problem too.  Without a device description, you will not be
able to print multiple copies or print page ranges for a given report from a
vanilla TCP/IP remote outq.  Take a look at creating a device description
for these devices and you should be able to print multiple copies.  It
solved our problems!
