I don't understand the problem.  Your are not getting return receipts from
Midrange are you?  If you send someone a personal email, you take what you
get.  Just post back to the board.  Some companies have policies about
sending receipts and changing the voice mail messages daily.  It is not
necessarily the user's fault.
