    Oops, sorry about that; my machine dumped and I switched to another
persons backup which had Outlook and I didn't realize that the return
receipt/read acknowledgement was checked off. Many apologies for those I
have offended. 
    As for RPG hell, well, I can beat anything you guys have proposed
anyways. We're moving off of the AS400 onto a clustered Linux implementation
with a Web-browser based interface and an Oracle database. In addition,
we've dumped our World JDE in exchange for the OneWorld JDE NT version. 
    Hope you're satisfied.
