I've used it their package at release levels 4R3 and 4R4.  I thought it was
a very good package.  We rarely had any problems, and their support line was
very good.  The auto-replenishment was a little weak when it came to soft
goods though.  They were in the process of adding some real good
functionality when I left the company that was using it.

Hello, 
The company I work for, an well known Broadcast & Entertainment group, is
expanding the retail operation. We are looking into vendor packages, and are
getting alot of reccommendations to look into a package called JDA. Does
anyone here use it, or did previously?
What is your view of this package
