Your problem sounds like an issue with map and pass directives. If you post the config file for the server, one of the experts here can probably fix it immediately. In my case I _think_ QMHHTTP has the authority it should have, because the web server worked before. I could be wrong, and we have applied some ptfs since the last time I played with it.
