You can end it with the command ENDTCPSVR SERVER(*DLFM), or thru OpNav
(Network --> Servers --> TCP/IP --> right click on DLFM, and Stop).
A better solution would be to not start the DLFM at all. You can do this
thru the OpNav interface, either on the DLFM server itself (right click
and unselect "Start when TCP/IP is started") or the TCP/IP Properties
("Servers to Start" tab).

I start TCP? It is giving an error message during the ENDTCP cmd which must
be replied to (after about 30 secs of frantic processor & disk activity)
before TCP can end the other servers. Anyhow we do not want to use
DataLinks
File Manager services so if I could avoid starting it my problem should go
away! <<
