Thanks for your suggestion.  I did something similar.  I installed the new
service pack (SF60796) and the problem seems to be resolved.  I'm guessing
that the previous service pack (SF59557) did not install correctly on the
one PC.

This may sound like I am edging my bets but it might be worth while
Re-installing both CA and the SP
and go from there.
